Fitness started as a passion—and quickly became my purpose. After a successful career managing some of Chicago’s top Italian restaurants, I shifted gears in 1999 to become a certified fitness coach, combining my love for health, movement, and helping others into a rewarding profession.

I believe fitness should be enjoyable, goal-driven, and sustainable. Every session is tailored to help you look, feel, and move better—built on clear communication, ongoing feedback, and mutual commitment.
